Lauren is best known for her work at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), where she was part of the creature shop responsible for bringing characters like the Gamorrean Guards and Droopy McCool to life in Return of the Jedi. She was involved in sculpting and "skinning" the foam models, ensuring they remained flexible and lifelike for performance.[1]
